Northwest Mississippi CC and East Mississippi CC FAceoff for the MACCC Championship – Ricky Nobile Toons

This Saturday, the Northwest Mississippi Community College Rangers take on the East Mississippi Community College Lions for the Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference championship. Kickoff is slated for 2PM in Senatobia, MS, at Ranger Stadium.

RICKY NOBILE has been drawing editorial cartoons on Mississippi sports and politics since 1972. His political cartoons are presently featured in 40 Mississippi newspapers, as well as the Mississippi Business Journal each week. He recently published a collection of his work in a book "Home Grown, Home Drawn, 45 Years of Mississippi Editorial Cartoons". The book covers from Governors Bill Waller to Phil Bryant along with many Senators and Legislators and sports cartoons on Brett Favre and the Mannings. He attended Mississippi Delta Community College and The University of Southern Mississippi. Ricky and his wife, Mary, live in Purvis, Mississippi, where they create and illustrate children's books, specialty coloring books and draw caricatures for special events and weddings.
